Quota Matching Requirements
To successfully match a panelist to a parent and child quota combination, the following requirements must be met:
Parent Quota: The panelist’s qualification must match the parent quota's qualification. No targeting criteria indicates that all panelists will match. The user has to match at least one parent quota. The user must not match a closed quota (number_of_respondents = 0).
Child Quota: If child quotas exist for a parent quota, number_of_respondents must be greater than 0 for all matching quotas. The user must not match a closed quota (number_of_respondents = 0).
Some surveys will not contain any parent quotas (parent_quota_id = 0 for all quotas). In that case, all quotas should be treated like child quotas.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement for panelist participation in Prodege surveys is 13 for the US, CA, and UK, and 16 for all other countries. Any attempt by an underage panelist to access a survey will result in a DQ termination with the "Underage Panelist" term reason (term reason ID 41).
Disabled Users
A panelist may become blocked or limited from accessing Prodege surveys due to quality concerns. This means they will not be able to enter some or all Prodege survey upon click.
To indicate that a panelist is completely blocked from all Prodege surveys, the panelist will be immediately redirected to the supplier Quality DQ redirect with dp=true appended.
To indicate that a panelist has been limited, the panelist will be redirected as a Quality DQ with limited=true appended to the redirect URL at the time that a panelist is flagged.
